RMA Specialist

We are looking for a Repair Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for repairing/assesing condition of power tools and auto parts.

Responsibilities:

Repair power tools, replace parts for TPMS

Periodically review and clean up quarantined inventory for resell purposes and provide feedback to sales dept.

Assist in daily warehouse operation support on pick/pack/ship when necessary

Managing/maintaining case logs on repair/return lists across various selling platforms

Teamwork and communicate daily with warehouse supervisor and operation dept

Qualification:

Previous experience as a mechanic (1 year preferred)

Strong troubleshooting skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Able to self prioritize work and be self motivated on tasks

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• power tool repair: 1 year (Required)
• Warehouse picking and packing: 2 years (Preferred)
