Job Title: RMC Marketing Executive / Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Field / Site Based

Job Purpose

To promote and sell Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) produced from in-house crusher aggregates, build strong relationships with contractors and builders, and drive revenue growth by ensuring consistent orders, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify potential customers in construction, infrastructure, road projects, and building contractors.
  • Generate leads from site visits, market references, civil engineers, and project managers.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed RMC orders.

2. Promotion of RMC from Crusher-Based Products

  • Educate customers on the quality benefits of RMC made from in-house crushed aggregates (better grading, consistency, and strength).
  • Promote various concrete grades (M10–M40), design mixes, and special concrete.
  • Highlight cost advantages compared to buying from outside suppliers.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain good relationships with builders, contractors, and site engineers.
  • Understand site requirements, pour schedules, and delivery constraints.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve any quality or supply issues.

4. Pricing, Quotation & Negotiation

  • Prepare offers based on project requirements and negotiate pricing.
  • Submit quotations, follow up, and finalize orders.
  • Monitor market pricing and competitor activities (other RMC/crusher units).

5. Coordination with Plant & Dispatch

  • Share daily order schedules with RMC batching plant, crusher plant, and dispatch team.
  • Ensure timely transit mixer allocation and delivery planning.
  • Coordinate for cube casting, technical support, and QC reports.

6. Market & Project Tracking

  • Track upcoming civil, road, and infrastructure projects in the region.
  • Maintain a live project database with expected concrete consumption.
  • Gather information about demand for aggregates, M-sand, and RMC.

7. Billing & Collection

  • Ensure timely billing and invoice submission.
  • Follow up for payments and manage customer credit limits.
  • Maintain records of outstanding and received payments.

8. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily visit reports, order booking statements, and weekly sales MIS.
  • Maintain customer database, visit logs, and quotation records.
  • Report market feedback to management.

Skills Required

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of crushing plant products like 20mm, 12mm, M-sand, P-sand, dust, GSB, WMM.
  • Understanding of RMC process, mix ratios, slump, cube testing, and technical terms.
  • Ability to generate field leads and manage customer relationships.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, CRM preferred).

Qualifications

  • Diploma / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • MBA in Marketing (optional).
  • 3–10 years’ experience in RMC, aggregates, crusher industries, cement, or construction material sales.

Work Environment

  • Field-intensive role with regular site visits.
  • Must coordinate with crusher plant, RMC plant, QC, and dispatch teams.
  • Requires working under target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
