- Ensures effective deployment of staffing processes while owning the staffing targets for the unit
- Reports to the Regional RMG Head & Unit RMG Head
Areas of Responsibility:
- Regularly interfacing with business leaders & other stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, TD, etc.) in the unit to take business needs into cognizance and obtaining human resource requirements from projects and support groups
- Owning unit level staffing targets at respective location
- Sharing daily/ weekly / monthly reports to project stakeholders and RMG leadership
- Ensuring optimal use of available pool and support growth
- Effective deployment of resources to ensure optimum utilization of intellectual capital for the unit
- Processing human resource allocation requests by reviewing skill requirement, mapping requirement to skill, and coordinate skill enhancement
- Assisting in transfer of an associate as per transfer policy
