RMO - MBBS

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide round-the-clock medical care and attend to emergency cases.
• Monitor and document patient progress, medical history, and vital signs.
• Assist in diagnostic procedures and implement treatment plans advised by consultants.
• Liaise with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and initiate immediate care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and referrals.
• Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital protocols and infection control practices.
• Communicate with patient families regarding condition updates, treatment plans, and prognosis when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• MBBS degree from a recognized university.
• Registration with the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
• 0–5 years of experience as RMO or in a similar role.
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
• Good clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
