About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented RMS Team Member to join our immigration services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing candidate profiles, verifying documentation, and supporting immigration application processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our candidates’ applications are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and manage candidate resumes, CVs, and supporting documents.
• Screen candidates for eligibility based on immigration criteria (education, experience, age, language proficiency, etc.).
• Verify and authenticate documents submitted by candidates.
• Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles, application statuses, and communication logs.
• Prepare shortlisted candidate applications for submission to immigration authorities.
• Coordinate with immigration consultants and agents for timely updates and follow-ups.
• Generate reports and track application progress to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HR/Business/Administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with immigration processes and documentation (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
