RN CSICU (Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit)

Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an RN for a permanent Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida.

We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

What will you will do in this role:

Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality

Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions

Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Compensation:

$27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)

$36.30 (10 years)

$39.60 (15+)

Specialty Diff: $2.50

Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends

Sign On: up to $25k Sign on for Nights Only (Case by case; depends on years of experience)

NO SIGN ON FOR DAYS

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Looking for candidates that have 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience (ICU experience not required but must have a strong acute care background)
• BLS required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
• CCRN a plus but must be obtained within 2 years
• NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days
