RN DIRECTOR-CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICES / Structural Heart Coordinator RN
$10000 sign on bonus.
Own Structural Heart registries + data management (national benchmarks, reporting, performance improvement)
Strong cardiovascular procedural knowledge (TAVR/structural heart cath lab workflow, devices/products, peri-procedural coordination)
Comfortable working independently with strong communication
Proficient in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with data systems, clinical data analysis, process improvement, reporting
5 years recent acute care cardiovascular experience + experience in:
Data management / registries
Clinical analysis
Process improvement
Reporting
Degree: Bachelor's in Nursing or Business/Healthcare Administration
License:
Florida RN license OR compact/multistate RN license
If compact and relocating: must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation
BLS (AHA): required within 30 days of start
Systems/tools list: registries used + EMR + reporting tools
2 professional references (manager/director preferred)
