Job Specifics

• Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
• FTE Status: Full-time and part-time opportunities available, varying FTE
• Work Schedule: We offer a variety of scheduling options to accommodate different needs, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Weekend rotations will adhere to a modified block schedule based on availability, with shifts occurring every other weekend or every third weekend.
  
• Department Description: The Emergency Department at Emplify Health by Bellin comprises 22 beds, 4 trauma bays, and 18 treatment rooms. It also features 2 triage rooms, and a 5-bed Kid Care unit dedicated to pediatrics, accommodating around 40,000 patient visits annually. Designed by our frontline teams, the Emergency Department is fully equipped. Our board-certified Emergency Department physicians collaborate with advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses, paramedics, EMTs, student nurse technicians, and CNAs to deliver individualized care to our emergency room patients.

Job Description:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications:

• Wisconsin RN license required

• Previous RN experience preffered
