RN - Endo Prep PACU OR ASC

The Johns Hopkins Knoll North Surgery Center is conveniently located in the heart of Columbia MD. This facility is a state-of-the-art center that provides comprehensive same-day endoscopic and colonoscopic procedures. This ASC has been recognized in 2023 and 2024 by The Leapfrog Group as a top Ambulatory Surgery Center.

The center runs two procedure rooms Mon-Friday, and the RN will work in a fast-paced environment, pre-oping patients, circulating during procedures, and recovering and discharging healthy patients ready to go home. If you enjoy being a part of a cohesive team, that loves potlucks on Fridays. The team needs an experienced OR and Preop/PACU RN who is available 32 hours each week.

Shift: 8 hours shifts, Part-time - Monday-Friday w/no weekends or on-call - 7:30a-4p or 8-4:30p

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing from an Accredited Nursing Program required, or Associates Degree in Nursing with equivalent years of experience
• Active Maryland or compact liense required

• BLS CPR certification through AHA, Red Cross, or military training
• Recent OR preop postop RN experience preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority. The Hospital reserves the right to modify employee schedules as needed.
