1st Care At Home is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical skills, analytical thinking, and organization, with a passion for patient care to work on a full-time basis. The particular service area that this position foresees is Amherst and surrounding area.

Job Description:

• provides necessary supervision, comprehensive evaluation, and treatment of Home Health patients
• patient's needs shall be monitored ongoing and actions/reports completed as necessitated
• promotes and ensures the improved outcomes of the patient’s clinical condition
• provides supervision of LPNs and CNAs that assist in the patient's care

Job Requirements:

• All applicants must possess an RN license to work in the state of Virginia and CPR certified
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation. Daily travel is required within the service area
• Typing skills at an efficient pace to promote the Electronic Health Record
• Highly organized and a Problem solver are key skills

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
