RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D RN)
Location: Watsonville, CA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 3x12-hour shifts
Pay Rate(Local): Up to $2,760/week

Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking RN – Labor & Delivery for an exciting job in Watsonville, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care throughout all stages of labor, delivery, and recovery.

• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.

• Precept and mentor new nursing staff and students as assigned.

• Support patient education and provide emotional support to families.

• May assume Relief Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications:

• Active California RN License (required)

• Minimum 1 year of L&D experience in an acute care hospital

• BLS and ACLS certifications (required prior to orientation completion)

• NRP and Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) certifications (required)
