Description:

Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking an experienced RN Manager for a permanent Labor & Delivery leadership opportunity in Savannah, Georgia.

The RN Manager of Labor and Delivery is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, and directing unit functions to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. In collaboration with executive leadership and the Women’s Services team, this role supports clinical excellence, operational efficiency, staff development, and patient satisfaction within a high-volume Labor & Delivery environment.

The Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. This position requires strong clinical expertise in Labor & Delivery, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced setting.

COMPENSATION:

Salary:

Up to $110,000 annually (maximum)

Sign-on bonus: Case by case

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or valid Compact/Multi-State RN license required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
• Current ACLS certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in Labor and Delivery required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong, demonstrated leadership experience within a Labor & Delivery setting required.
