Role Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Manager to lead a high-volume Labor & Delivery unit. This frontline nursing leadership role combines operational, clinical, and people management responsibilities. The RN Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maternal care while driving staff engagement, compliance, and performance outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a strong Labor & Delivery clinician with proven leadership skills, capable of balancing operational execution with team development in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring safe staffing, workflow efficiency, and clinical excellence.

• Plan, organize, and direct unit operations in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with leadership on policies, procedures, quality initiatives, and performance improvement plans.

• Support staff development, coaching, engagement, and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, accreditation standards, and patient safety initiatives.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact/multistate license accepted.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred.

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).

• Minimum 3+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.

• Strong, hands-on Labor & Delivery leadership background is essential.
