Job Title: RN – Occupational Health

Pay Rate: $44/hr
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)

Available Schedules (2 Openings)

• Option 1: Monday–Thursday + Saturday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Option 2: Tuesday–Friday + Saturday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical care and support within an onsite occupational health setting. The RN will deliver emergency response, minor first aid, post-offer health screenings, and maintain accurate medical documentation. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to confidentiality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care for occupational and non-occupational health concerns.

• Respond to emergencies and provide initial stabilization and assessment.

• Perform post-offer medical and health screenings for new hires.

• Document all clinical encounters accurately and maintain confidential medical records.

• Support daily occupational health operations and additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered RN license in Indiana.

• Preferred: 2+ years of occupational health or related clinical experience.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and independent decision-making ability.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
