Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary range: $116,438 – $174,636

About the Role

As the RN Program Manager – Peer Review, you will lead and coordinate the infrastructure and processes that ensure robust, fair, and high-quality clinician peer review across the organization.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to medical staff and leadership, leveraging data, clinical insight, and collaborative relationships to support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage peer review processes, ensuring alignment with PeaceHealth policies
• Prepare case summaries, timelines, and clinical analyses for review activities
• Track, analyze, and report trends and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, and committees to support quality outcomes
• Develop and enhance peer review database systems in collaboration with data teams
• Create and deliver presentations and reports for Medical Staff Committees and leadership
• Coordinate imaging and medical record reviews for case discussions
• Drive process improvements and system integration efforts

What You Bring

Required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
• Bachelor’s degree (focus in informatics or analytics strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Quality improvement, project management, or change management
  • Peer review coordination or related experience
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Preferred

• Master’s degree
• Experience in acute care or case management
• Knowledge of DNV, CMS, and Department of Health standards
• Multi-specialty clinical background
