NOW HIRING: RN Supervisor (3 PM - 11 PM Shift)

Are you a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience? We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee evening shift operations and ensure quality care for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership during the 3-11 PM shift.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with care plans.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Support and guide nursing staff, addressing any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license in New Jersey.

Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

A passion for senior care and a dedication to maintaining a positive work environment.
