RN/LPN

Job Description:

We’re seeking compassionate and skilled RN or LPN nurses to provide private duty in-home care for a pediatric client with tracheostomy, G-tube, and ventilator needs. You’ll deliver one-on-one, family-centered care that makes a life-changing impact.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home to a ventilator-dependent child
• Perform trach care and suctioning, monitor the airway, and manage respiratory equipment
• Administer G-tube feedings and medications as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition
• Assist with daily activities (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely nursing documentation
• Educate and support family members in care routines and emergency protocols
• Follow physician orders and collaborate with the clinical care team

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
• BLS (CPR) certification required; PALS preferred
• Experience with tracheostomy, G-tube, and ventilator care is strongly preferred
• Pediatric home health experience a plus
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently

Pay: $36.00 - $46.00 per hour
