To operate, monitor, and maintain the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant to ensure continuous supply of purified water meeting pharmaceutical-grade standards as per cGMP and WHO guidelines.
- Operate and monitor RO plant equipment including pumps, filters, membranes, and control panels.
- Ensure consistent water quality as per USP/BP/EP and company specifications.
- Conduct routine testing of raw, purified, and WFI (Water for Injection) water samples.
- Perform preventive maintenance, backwashing, and sanitization of the RO system.
- Maintain operational logs, maintenance records, and daily water quality reports.
- Monitor parameters such as conductivity, pH, pressure, and flow rate.
- Report any deviations, alarms, or equipment malfunctions to the Utilities Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and company SOPs.
- Assist in validation and qualification activities of the RO system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (morning/evening/night) may be required.
