Corrugated Plant Operator

Pakistan Packages is seeking an experienced and skilled Corrugated Plant Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain corrugation machinery efficiently to ensure smooth production of high-quality corrugated sheets and cartons in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate corrugator machine (single facer, double backer, slitter scorer, and stacker).
• Set up machines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor machine parameters, glue temperature, paper tension, and moisture content.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure board strength and flute integrity.
• Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting during operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production supervisors to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper record keeping of production reports and maintenance logs.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating corrugated board or box-making machinery.
• Strong technical understanding of corrugation process and paper grades.
• Ability to identify production faults and resolve issues promptly.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
