Job Overview

We are hiring an ETP and RO Plant Expert responsible for the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and technical support of water treatment systems.

The candidate will also assist in sales activities and client meetings, combining technical expertise with communication and client-facing skills. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, technically skilled, and comfortable supporting both operational and client-focused activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and troubleshoot ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems.
• Provide technical support for environmental and water treatment operations.
• Assist in client meetings and support sales activities by providing technical guidance.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of plant systems.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently and promptly.
• Provide technical consultation to clients when required

Skills

• Hands-on experience with ETP and RO systems.
• Expertise in installation, operation, and troubleshooting of water treatment plants.
• Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and systems.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to support sales and technical discussions with clients.
• Strong technical problem-solving ability.
• Confidence in client-facing situations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Practical, hands-on mindset with a willingness to work onsite.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Education Requirements

• Intermediate or Graduate (any discipline)

Experience Required

• 1–2 years of experience in ETP/RO plant operations, installation, or technical support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
