Job Title: Fleet Road Mechanic
Department: Fleet
Reports To: Fleet Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
Location: Travel between the LaGrange and Fayetteville, NC areas.
Position Purpose:
Road Mechanic position is responsible for maintenance and repairs of on and offroad equipment and out on crew jobsites daily with occasional travel to the shop or office.

While performing the tasks of this job, team-members may frequently be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. Team members are occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. This work may be performed outside and is subject to diverse weather conditions.
