Road Site Supervisor

• A Site Supervisor/Incharge oversees daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plans and regulations.
• They coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain progress and quality standards.
• Key responsibilities include monitoring site activities and resolving on-site issues.
• The Site Supervisor/Incharge also ensures materials and equipment are available, inspects work for quality, and reports project updates to senior management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of construction practices and site management.
