Roadshow Manager/ Events Planner

About the Role

Sobha Realty is seeking a Road Show Manager to plan and execute high-impact roadshows and promotional events across UAE and international markets. This role combines event management, marketing, and branding responsibilities to showcase our luxury real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple international roadshows simultaneously.
• Handle end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, branding, vendor coordination, permits.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation.
• Develop creative engagement activities for diverse markets.
• Manage budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize costs.
• Prepare post-event reports and ROI analysis.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years in roadshows, exhibitions, or event management (luxury real estate preferred).
• Prior experience planning international roadshows.
• Strong marketing and branding knowledge.
• Managerial experience with ability to lead teams and vendors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
