The Role: High-Stakes, Technical Impact

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who thrives in high-pressure environments and is motivated by a performance-based compensation structure. This is not a "desk job." You will be the technical face of our company, responsible for bridging the gap between sophisticated robotic hardware and the complex operational needs of our clients.

We are looking for Sales Engineer at the moment on a temporary contract to field test the sale of robotic automation solutions for capex projects. We are looking for a suitable representative who can spearhead our establishment in the region for automation and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Networking and Cold Reach: We are looking for strong salesman with experience of cold calling, arranging site visits, being lean in their sales process, actively pursuing leads in the region and pushing for close. Being able to sell robotic automation solutions is a complex task and requires speed, accuracy and targeted outreach.
  • Technical Closing: Partner with Account Executives to lead deep-dive technical evaluations. You own the "Technical Win"—ensuring the customer is convinced that our solution is the only one that works for their specific environment.
  • Rapid Discovery & Scoping: Conduct high-intensity site surveys. You must be able to walk a factory floor or warehouse and quickly identify throughput bottlenecks, safety risks, and integration hurdles.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Ownership: Manage short-timeline, high-pressure pilot programs. You are responsible for the setup, troubleshooting, and success of live demos where failure is not an option.
  • ROI-Driven Proposals: Develop technical bids and CAD layouts that don't just show "how" the robot works, but "how much" money it saves the client.
  • Field-to-Engineering Pipeline: Act as a critical filter. You must deliver aggressive, accurate feedback to the product team to ensure our hardware survives real-world stress tests.

.Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Field Applications within robotics, industrial automation, or heavy hardware.
  • Some experience of working with collaborative, industrial or SCARA robots in industrial settings
  • Experience in machine tending, welding, packaging, pick and place applications and dealing with site visits and engineering works
  • Capable of completing site surveys and handling multiple leads at the same time
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼8,500.00 per month
