The Sales Engineer is responsible for combining technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a range of products and services. The role involves identifying client needs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring successful project acquisition and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
  • Promote company products (e.g., steel structures, aluminum systems, façades, WPC doors, etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement teams
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per contract terms

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, or related field)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales engineering (construction or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong technical understanding of products and systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); AutoCAD is a plus
  • Valid driving license (preferred in KSA market)
