Robotic Process Automation

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, build and maintain automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism, with proven experience in developing, testing and deploying bots for repetitive business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and deploy RPA solutions to automate manual and repetitive tasks.
• Work closely with business analysts and process owners to understand workflows and translate them into technical automation requirements.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries for future automation initiatives.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of bots before deployment.
• Provide production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining deployed automations.
• Document automation designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that all RPA solutions comply with security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Stay current with new RPA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve automation solutions.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Practical expertise with at least one leading RPA platform (Automation Anywhere preferred; UiPath or Blue Prism also considered).
• Experience integrating bots with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in RPA development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy and maintain.
• Strong understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and error management.
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, VBScript, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices is a plus.
• Understanding of security, access management, and compliance in automation projects.
