What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components with accuracy and care.
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Inspect and test completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Use hand and power tools daily—soldering, crimping, fastening, wiring.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with team members to find solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or a related field.
- High school diploma (technical training or certifications a plus).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
