We are seeking a driven Robotics & Digital Clinical Development Manager to support the commercial expansion and clinical adoption of our advanced Robotic & Digital platforms across the MEA region.


This role combines commercial ownership, clinical case support, and professional education delivery, playing a critical role in successful system installations, utilization growth, and customer partnership development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, innovative environment in Robotics & Digital.

You will be responsible for:

Professional Education (ProfEd)
  • Deliver product training to physicians and OR staff
  • Coordinate educational workshops and in-service programs
  • Support onboarding of new users and ongoing competency development
  • Act as a trusted clinical partner to key stakeholders

Clinical & Case Support

  • Provide in-field clinical support during evaluations and first cases
  • Ensure safe and effective system utilization
  • Support hospital dry runs and workflow optimization
  • Drive procedure adoption and increase case volumes per installed system
Commercial Execution
  • Drive capital equipment sales within assigned territory
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking
  • Support pricing discussions, proposals, and tender submissions
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to achieve revenue targets
  • Execute launch plans for new accounts

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 05-07 years of experience in medical devices, preferably capital equipment
  • Experience supporting cases in the OR or procedure room preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage territory targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the MEA region Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
