ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED


  • Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
  • At least 1-year experience at same level.
  • Proficient in English Language
  • Minimum qualification required is High school diploma/higher secondary

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in recreation management, event planning, or hospitality management can be advantageous. Examples include Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) or Certified Hospitality Supervisor.
  • Certification in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is often required due to the nature of the role, where ensuring guest safety is paramount.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort, hotel, or entertainment complex

  • Safety First: With hands-on experience handling large, busy pools, they keep an eagle eye on safety while fostering an atmosphere where fun is the ultimate goal. This candidate holds an up-to-date UAE lifeguard qualification, fully compliant with Dubai Municipality standards.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Under pressure, they maintain their composure, guiding their team with poise, ensuring guests are always at ease, even in challenging situations.
  • Guest-Focused: They're not just there to supervise—they’re there to ensure guests have a seamless, worry-free experience, from their first step onto the beach to their last splash in the pool.
