Roll-Off Driver

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roll-Off Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks, including front loader, rear loader, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers, to transport waste containers to designated disposal sites
• Load and unload roll-off containers efficiently using mechanical skills and appropriate equipment
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Perform heavy lifting when handling large containers or equipment during loading and unloading processes
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance records
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols during transportation to ensure personal safety and that of others on the road
• Assist with minor mechanical troubleshooting or basic maintenance tasks as needed

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with heavy-duty trucks such as front loader, rear loader, dump trucks, or flatbed trailers
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems related to heavy trucks and trailers
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with manual transmission experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to load & unload cargo safely and efficiently in various environments
• Experience operating tractor-trailers or similar large vehicles is highly desirable
• Prior experience in delivery driving or waste collection services is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding conditions

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
