Ryland Environmental is seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team in Athens, GA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Operate roll off trucks to pick up and deliver containers to various job sites.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of roll off containers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs and records as required by company and DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience.
• Garbage or waste management experience preferred but not required.
• Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
