Roll-Off Truck Driver

About the Role

Dumpster Dudez – North Richmond is looking for a reliable, safety-minded driver to join our growing team. This is a straightforward, active outdoor role — you'll be operating our hooklift dumpster trucks to deliver and pick up roll-off dumpsters for residential and commercial customers across the Richmond area.

No CDL required. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and can handle a large vehicle safely and professionally, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a hooklift dumpster truck for container deliveries and pickups
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Sweep out and pressure wash dumpsters as needed
• Perform light vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Keep the yard staged, organized, and clean
• Use company scheduling software and mobile apps to document service activity including required photos
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable operating large vehicles safely
• Mechanically inclined — attentive to equipment condition
• Reliable and punctual — this is non-negotiable for us
• Professional appearance and conduct; you represent the brand on every job
• No CDL required
• Prior driving or hauling experience is preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable climbing in and out of a truck cab repeatedly throughout the day
• Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: approximately 16 hours/week across 2 days with future full-time possible
• Shifts typically begin between 7:00–8:00 AM
• Additional hours may be available based on operational needs
• W2 employment | Hourly pay | No benefits at this time
