Job Description:

Jascon Engineering W.L.L is seeking a qualified and experienced Roller Operator to join our project at Ras Laffan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating road rollers to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, or other materials in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roller machines safely and efficiently for compaction works
• Ensure proper compaction of surfaces as per engineering and site requirements
• Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the roller equipment
• Follow site safety rules, regulations, and work instructions
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other operators
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns immediately

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Roller Operator in construction projects
• Valid Qatar ID and Qatari Heavy Equipment Operator License
• Experience working in industrial or infrastructure projects (Ras Laffan experience is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of safety procedures and equipment handling
• Physically fit and able to work in site conditions

Pay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

• Civil Construction Sector: 5 years (Required)
