Job Purpose:

To operate and maintain road rollers safely and efficiently to compact soil, gravel, asphalt, and other materials in accordance with project specifications. The role ensures proper surface compaction, compliance with safety standards, and contributes to the quality and timely completion of construction and roadwork projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate road roller to compact soil, asphalt, and other surfaces.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and perform basic maintenance.
• Follow project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure quality and accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a roller operator.
• Knowledge of compaction techniques and equipment operation.
• Valid heavy equipment license.
