Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roller Shutter Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manual and motorized roller shutter systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with commercial, industrial, and residential shutter systems and be capable of working independently at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair manual and motorized roller shutters (GI, aluminum, steel).
• Diagnose faults in motors, control panels, remote systems, and safety sensors.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs.
• Install shutter accessories such as guide rails, springs, locks, and limit switches.
• Ensure shutters operate smoothly and safely according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Follow safety procedures while working at heights and with electrical components.
• Coordinate with supervisors, site engineers, and clients for job completion.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Roller Shutter Technician.
• Strong knowledge of motorized shutter systems (AC/DC motors, remote controls).
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with industrial, commercial, and residential shutters.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
