to join our team as Rolling Stock Maintenance Professionals. The ideal candidates will support maintenance operations and gain hands-on experience in a professional technical environment. This role is best suited for diploma holders with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
Job Purpose
To perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on metro rolling stock systems to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of trains in accordance with maintenance procedures, safety standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
-
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on metro train systems and components.

Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
-
Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on rolling stock equipment.
-
Carry out component replacement, overhaul, and refurbishment activities.
-
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within prescribed timelines.
Rolling Stock Systems Maintenance
Maintain and troubleshoot:

Traction and propulsion systems
-
Braking systems
-
Doors and coupling systems
-
HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
-
Auxiliary power supply systems
-
Passenger Information Systems (PIS)
-
Train Control and Monitoring Systems (TCMS)
-
Electrical and electronic equipment
-
Bogies, wheelsets, and suspension systems
Inspection & Testing
-
Conduct routine inspections and condition monitoring.
-
Perform functional and operational tests after maintenance activities.
-
Record test results and prepare maintenance reports.
-
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Safety & Compliance
-
Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures.
-
Adhere to railway safety rules and permit-to-work systems.
-
Report incidents, defects, and safety hazards promptly.
-
Ensure work is performed in accordance with company policies and OEM manuals.
Documentation & Reporting
-
Update maintenance records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-
Prepare defect reports and maintenance logs.
-
Support reliability and performance analysis activities.
Qualifications
Diploma or Technical Certificate in:

Mechanical Engineering
-
Electrical Engineering
-
Electronics Engineering
-
Mechatronics or equivalent technical discipline
-
Railway/Metro certification is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
-
Fresh graduates.
-
Experience in metro, railway, rolling stock, automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance preferred.

Experience with electrical and mechanical systems troubleshooting.
