This is not a "sit in the truck" superintendent role.

At Tadlock Roofing, our Field Superintendents are the quarterbacks of the job-owning everything from job site execution to customer communication.

If you understand construction and know how to manage people and clients, this is where you level up.

What You'll Do

• Oversee 8–12 jobs per week (up to 15 at peak)

• Manage multiple job sites daily (3–4 per day)

• Lead crews, drivers, and job site execution

• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery

• Communicate directly with customers throughout the project

• Track job progress and updates in AccuLynx

• Manage materials, labor, and job costs

• Handle change orders and job documentation

• Train and develop crews to improve performance

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Experience in roofing, construction, or field operations

• Strong understanding of job site execution (what "right" looks like)

• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once

• Valid driver's license

• Have experience managing crews or job sites

• Are confident communicating with customers (not just crews)

• Bring a solutions-oriented, take-ownership mindset

• Have some sales or client-facing experience
