Premium Solar Patios is expanding into roofing and we’re looking for one serious professional to lead the charge. This is not a job for rookies, desk managers, or self-proclaimed leaders with no field credibility. We are looking for someone who has done it all: knocked doors, ran inspections, submitted claims, built a team, and closed deals. Who We Are

Premium Solar Patios is a licensed and insured installer with a strong reputation across Texas. We design and install rooftop solar systems, solar patios, pergolas, carports, battery storage, backup generators, and full-service roofing. We also build outdoor kitchens, pools, and sports courts for homeowners who want to upgrade their lifestyle and property value. Our in-house roofing operation is now growing, and we’re hiring a leader who can take it to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will start as a producing sales rep. You’ll put real deals into the pipeline, inspect roofs, submit claims, and close jobs personally. We lead from the front here, not from a desk.

To support you early on, we are prepared to hire a door-knocking team around you. Once you prove that you can execute and lead in the field, we will scale your team and give you the resources to grow and manage a full division.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating your own roofing leads through fieldwork and door knocking
• Running roof inspections and managing the insurance claim process from start to finish
• Submitting and supplementing claims (gutters, windows, siding, and more)
• Closing residential roofing deals and handling the sales process
• Training and coaching a door-to-door team over time
• Hiring and developing your own team as you hit performance milestones
• Leading by example through personal production and hands-on leadership
• Earning commission on your personal sales plus override pay on team production
• Working closely with company leadership to scale the operation with strategy and structure

What You Must Bring to the Table

✅ Proven success in roofing sales with real numbers and documented results
✅ Hands-on experience with door-to-door lead generation
✅ Ability to inspect roofs, submit insurance claims, and supplement accurately
✅ History of building or managing a sales team in roofing or restoration
✅ You are a field leader, not a desk manager
✅ You thrive in real-world environments and lead by doing

This is a field-based position. You must be willing to knock doors, inspect roofs, and train your team in person
