Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients through lead generation and territory management strategies.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships through effective account management and personalized service.
  • Drive business development initiatives by exploring new markets, building partnerships, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Manage a designated territory by planning visits, prioritizing prospects, and maintaining consistent contact with clients.
  • Execute direct sales strategies including cold calling, inside sales, and B2B (business-to-business) negotiations to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on features, benefits, and applications of our offerings.
  • Upsell additional products or services during the sales process to enhance customer value and achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and negotiations with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis of market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
  • Skilled in lead generation techniques including cold calling and direct outreach methods.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles to support promotional activities that drive sales growth.
  • Effective territory management skills to optimize coverage and maximize opportunities within assigned regions.
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving client issues swiftly. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
