Roofing Sales Representative

Position Overview

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a driven and results-oriented Roofing Sales Representative to support our growing insurance restoration division.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, inspecting properties for storm damage, guiding homeowners through the insurance claims process, and closing roofing contracts.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who understands insurance workflows—especially third-party administrators like Lionsbridge and Alacrity—and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

What You’ll Do

Generate & Close Business

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through company-provided leads and self-generated prospects
• Conduct property inspections for storm-related damage (hail, wind, etc.)
• Close roofing and exterior restoration contracts while meeting or exceeding revenue goals

Manage the Insurance Process

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish
• Work directly with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators (TPAs), including Lionsbridge and Alacrity
• Ensure all assignments are handled in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Track and manage claims through approval and project completion

Deliver a Strong Customer Experience

• Build trust with homeowners and provide clear, consistent communication
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and job progress
• Ensure a smooth experience throughout the entire project lifecycle

What You Bring

Required / Preferred:

• Experience in roofing, exterior sales, or insurance restoration
• Familiarity with Lionsbridge and/or Alacrity platforms strongly preferred
• Understanding of the insurance claims process is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
