Roofing Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will leverage your expertise in sales and customer service to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and deliver exceptional solutions that meet our customers' needs. This position is ideal for individuals who are not afraid to knock on doors and who aren’t afraid to make money!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Identify potential sales opportunities by inspecting roofs
• Call insurance companies on behalf of customer to facilitate approval processes
• Stay in contact with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in customer service practices, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
