THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced sales rep who knows how to close and wants a setup that rewards it. At Boost Roofing, you'll have access to company-generated leads and pre-set appointments, giving you a steady base to work from. At the same time, we want reps who bring their own relationships to the table - referrals, a personal network, a pipeline they've developed over time.

This role is built for someone who takes ownership of their results and wants a compensation structure that reflects that.

- Run pre-set appointments provided by the company - qualified and ready to go
- Generate your own leads through referrals, past relationships, and personal outreach
- Build and manage your own pipeline alongside company-supplied opportunities
- Conduct on-site roof assessments and present solutions with confidence
- Guide homeowners from inspection through contract signing
- Represent Boost Roofing professionally - your reputation builds ours

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We pay higher commission because we expect experienced closers - not entry-level candidates who need hand-holding. If you've worked roofing, solar, alarms, pest, or any in-home sales role and you already know how to build a pipeline, we want to talk.

- Proven track record in door-to-door, in-home, or field sales (roofing or construction a strong plus)
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit targets without supervision
- Strong communicator who earns referrals naturally through great client experiences
- Comfortable with high-value residential transactions
- Disciplined in your daily habits and intentional about where you're headed - personally and professionally
- Hungry to learn, open to feedback, and genuinely motivated to keep getting better at your craft
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation
