Truvorne is growing, and we’re looking for experienced individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives.

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential for the right person. You will be the driving force behind generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals that transform homes and businesses. What to expect:

  • We provide in-house leads to help keep your pipeline moving
  • You’ll also be expected to generate your own leads through canvassing and networking
  • Higher commission on self-generated (canvassed) deals
  • Lower commission on company-provided leads
  • Backed by a team with 100+ years of combined experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through strategic lead generation, cold calling, and territory management to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to educate clients on roofing solutions, emphasizing quality and value.
  • Manage existing accounts with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive account management and follow-up.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness within your territory.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while upselling additional services or products to maximize revenue.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Roofr to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with management to identify new market opportunities, optimize sales processes, and achieve sales targets.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Roofr or other CRM tools for lead management and analysis.
  • Strong business development acumen with the ability to manage territory sales effectively.
  • Skilled in conducting product demos, upselling techniques, and direct sales approaches.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis of market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of roofing products or construction industry is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Embark on an exciting career path where your drive fuels success!
