We’re looking for a detail obsessed, supplement writing champion who loves turning underpaid insurance estimates into fully funded projects. If negotiating with adjusters gives you life—and catching missing roofing line items feels like a sport—you might be exactly who we need.

What You’ll Do:
Review insurance estimates for roofing and siding claims and confidently spot missing line items
Prepare accurate supplements in Xactimate that are shared with the insurance carrier
Work directly with project managers to ensure all materials, labor, accessories, and real-world repairs are included
Translate confusing insurance jargon for homeowners into something humans can understand
Follow up with insurance carriers to keep the project moving along in a timely manner
Prepare completion certificates and final invoices for the insurance carrier to expedite final payment
Other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
Experience with roofing and/or siding insurance claims, supplement writing, and Xactimate
Attention to detail

Job Information:
Location: 6300 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018
Pay Range: $ 50,000 + commission & Bonus
Hours: Monday Thru Friday, 8am to 5pm
