We're looking for motivated, professional, money-minded individuals that are ready to take the next steps into bettering themselves and their careers. Our Sales Director & Team Managers are dedicated to educating their Team in the art of sales/negotiation, ethical sales & roofing practices, project managing construction jobs, and truly advocating & taking care of our homeowners.

This is a 1099 Roofing Sales position. This is a commission-paid position only.

Here, you would generate leads with the team in neighborhoods that have been affected by recent hail storms, learn to identify discrepancies/"damage" on shingles, call in claims and explain insurance scope to the homeowner, project manage your builds, and collect payment from the homeowners.

Depending on your experience in the industry, starting commission for trainees are 25% of profit on the build ($800-$1500). After training (30-90 days), you're increased to 50% of the profit ($1200-$6,000).

The requirements for this position are the following:

This is a commission-paid position only.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
