Rooftop Host - Seasonal Part Time

• Accurately maintain restaurant reservation system - including but not limited to proper table status, guest cover counts & table rotations through the shift, gathering guest profile notes for system database, etc.
• Approachable and professional demeanor with guests & team alike - acting as liaise between guests and leadership.
• Ability to be patient and understanding while handling issues that arise during service, such as seating conflicts, guest complaints, and team member inquiries, with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Thorough knowledge of menu and beverage offerings and supporting knowledge of brand vision and standards of quality.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, setting the example for other team members, and contributing to overall ambiance & presentation of the restaurant.
