Job Description
As a Room Attendant at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah, part of the All-Inclusive Collection, you will ensure guest rooms are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. You will provide attentive service, respond to guest requests, and contribute to a welcoming, stylish, and playful SO/ brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to hotel standards.

Change bed linens, make beds, and replace used towels and amenities.

Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows, furniture, and fixtures.

Replenish guest room supplies, minibar items, and amenities as required.

Ensure all items in the room are in good condition and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for additional items or services.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.

Follow proper procedures for handling guest property, lost and found items, and security protocols.

Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Report any incidents, damages, or irregularities to the Housekeeping Supervisor promptly.

Assist in maintaining public areas and corridors as required.

Uphold professional appearance, grooming, and SO/ brand service standards at all times.
Qualifications-
Previous experience as a room attendant or housekeeping staff in luxury hotels or resorts preferred.

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and service quality.

Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good physical condition and stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.

Professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and alignment with SO/ brand identity.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
