Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities as required.
- Vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitize furniture and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings with care and confidentiality.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in laundry or public area cleaning when required.
- Support the housekeeping team in daily operational tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or room attendant role preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under time constraints.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically able to perform repetitive tasks, lift, and carry items as required.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
