Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of bathrooms, including disinfecting fixtures and replenishing supplies.
• Handle laundry duties for linens, towels, and guest clothing as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by performing routine janitorial tasks.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks..
