Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our dynamic housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will ensure our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness will directly contribute to the positive reputation of our hotel. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with custodial or janitorial experience who thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens, make beds, and restock supplies such as towels and toiletries
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and wipe down furniture
• Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health regulations at all times
• Assist with additional cleaning tasks in common areas or during special events as needed
• Must have open availability and a flexible schedule and must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work or custodial roles
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks promptly
• Good communication skills for reporting issues or coordinating with team members
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
